Custom Signs are non-refundable.  Prices and specifications on our website are subject to change without notice.  We reserve the right to correct typographic errors

We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and expect your purchase to arrive in excellent condition. Because of the nature of the product, all sales are considered final and items may not be returned for refund or exchange. Items may be replaced due to delivery breakage or other non-customer liable reasons.

In order for us to provide the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee we need you to follow these guidelines:

  • Open your purchase within 24 hours of receiving the package or in front of the delivery person if possible.
  • Notify us within 24 hours of Delivery if you have any claim related to breakage. Otherwise we will not be able to honor any claims related to damage during shipping, especially if you have removed the sign from the shipping box.

We will repair or replace the sign if it is determined that the issue is non-customer related.

Claims must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
